Pricing and scope

What does it cost to build a custom AI tool for a business?

Project cost depends on the workflow, data readiness, system connections and review requirements. These ranges help with initial budgeting. A detailed proposal follows a discussion of your needs and the agreed scope.

Initial budget ranges

All amounts are in Israeli shekels and exclude VAT where applicable. Mapping, development and expansion are separate phases. Operating costs and optional ongoing support are described below.

  • Opportunity mapping and implementation plan

ILS 15,000–25,000 · One-off fee, based on discovery scope

The standard scope starts at ILS 15,000 and covers up to three agreed business areas and up to 10 cumulative hours of discovery meetings with key stakeholders. Preparation, analysis, deliverable creation and presentation to management are included. You receive a process map, up to three prioritised opportunities and a plan for a first solution. Broader discovery is priced by scope; development and implementation are quoted separately.

  • A focused first AI tool

ILS 30,000–80,000 · One-off fee to build and validate an MVP

A first version for one defined workflow, a small user group and one or two data sources with documented access. Scope can include a user interface, information processing, human review controls, testing and initial training. Licences, infrastructure, prior discovery and extensions beyond the agreed scope are priced separately.

  • Expansion and adoption

ILS 15,000–50,000 · Per defined expansion phase

Extend an existing solution with another workflow, additional integrations, permissions or support for another user group. Each phase has agreed deliverables, acceptance checks and training requirements. Major system changes or complex integrations require a separate estimate.

What do these ranges assume?

Development ranges assume a defined process, usable data, approved system access and a client contact who coordinates decisions. Large migrations, systems without documented interfaces, high processing volumes, special security requirements or round-the-clock availability can increase the budget. Final scope and pricing are set out in a written proposal.

Costs after launch

The build budget does not necessarily cover running the solution over time. Before development starts, we distinguish external provider costs from maintenance and improvement services.

  • Infrastructure and model usage

Initial planning allowance: ILS 300–2,500 per month

A preliminary allowance for a small internal application focused on text processing, with a limited user group and shared cloud hosting. Actual costs depend on providers, models, document volumes, storage and usage frequency, and are checked before an engagement is agreed. Dedicated environments, heavy processing or extensive usage can cost more. External provider charges are itemised separately from development and support fees.

  • Optional maintenance and improvement

    ILS 2,000–6,000 per month

Optional support packages include 4–12 working hours per month, depending on the agreed plan. Hours can cover incident investigation, adjustments to existing integrations and small improvements. Included hours, response times and the treatment of unused hours are defined in the proposal. These packages do not include 24/7 coverage or new modules. Individual pieces of work can also be quoted separately.
